To improve transport in the Coleraine & Ballymoney Borough Areas. To help promote a better quality of life
Company Profile
CART is a Community Transport Scheme, we aim to improve the quality of life for people who have transport difficulties, through providing accessible low cost transport.
Ongoing research has shown that there are still transport problems in the Borough areas, such as:

Limited bus services into towns and villages from rural areas

Infrequent services off the main routes, especially early in the mornings and evenings

Poor services at weekends

Inadequate services for the elderly and disabled

Many community groups experience difficulties travelling to meetings

Existing transport can be expensive
